Joan has not only a deep understanding of Chinese Medicine but also of Western Medicine from her many years as a Registered General Nurse.In 1996 Joan gained extensive experience working in the main teaching hospital in Kunming,China which inspired her to establish one of the first NHS Acupuncture Clinics in London.
